Return

• Return Window: Customers have a 30-day period starting from the delivery date to initiate a return.

• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee minimum of 20% will be charged for returned items in their original condition, with intact packaging and tags, making them resellable.

• Shipping Responsibility: If the return is not caused by our fault such as defective item, damaged item, or wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Refund Amount: The remaining balance after subtracting a shipping fee and a restock fee from the total amount paid by the customer.

• Item Condition: If the item is not resellable upon receipt, we may refuse the refund, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee to take it back.

• Return Request Process: Customers must file a return request and receive approval prior to returning the item. Returned orders without approval will not be processed, and reshipping will require an additional shipping cost.

Exchange

• If you wish to exchange some of the products from your order, you will first need to fill out a return form.

• Once you get an approval, you will need to ship them back once you get an approval (We do not provide a return label. You can pay for a return label if you wish to purchase the label through us).

Cancellation

• You may cancel your order for the full refund if your order has not been shipped out.

• If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped out, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping

• We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $70.

• Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and any US territory will be responsible for shipping cost.

• Any order lesser than $70, will be charged $7.99 flat rate shipping fee.

• For international orders, shipping cost will be calculated by weights/size of boxes and you will be responsible for shipping cost.

• If an order is placed before 1:00pm (CT), it will be processed on the same day under normal circumstances.

• It may take longer for different reasons. We will contact a customer for any delays

• If our delivery system detects an incorrect address or a missing apartment or suite number, we will contact you. Delivery may be delayed until the address is confirmed.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

• Local delivery and in-store pickups are available Monday through Friday only.

• However, orders prepared and ready by Friday can still be picked up on Saturday.

Refused Package/ Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender)

• If you wish to have your order reshipped, a customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee

• If a customer is not willing to pay for the additional shipping fee, the returned package will be treated as a return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

• If an In-store Pickup order is not picked up within 14 days from the order date without any notification, the order will be cancelled. A customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee
